Autumn 0124

Autumn is a sweet and loving Catahoula Shepherd mix, weighing in at around 30-40 pounds. She was rescued from animal control last November, and since then, she has blossomed into a wonderful companion. Autumn adores children and is very gentle with them, though she can get a bit excited and may accidentally knock over a toddler – a behavior we are working on. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs she meets and is unfazed by chickens, though she does try to herd horses. Autumn, however, is a bit too fond of cats and can become quite obsessive, so a cat-free home would be best for her. She loves to relax with her family, is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks nicely on a leash. Autumn is not a runner and has a decent recall, often just sticking around the house if she ever gets out of the yard. She has made incredible progress and is now looking for a patient, loving home to spoil her.

Autumn would thrive in a patient, loving home. She needs a home without cats, as she can become obsessive.

Autumn is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Autumn is house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash with a decent recall. We are working on her excitement levels, as she can sometimes be unaware of her surroundings and knock over small children.
