TIMMY

Timmy is a 6 1/2-year-old male Catahoula mix with a heart full of energy and a spirit that's still very puppyish! He's a super sweet boy who is good with people, though he can be a bit shy when first meeting new folks. He tends to warm up more quickly to women than men, and he'll need a patient and loving home that understands he needs a little time to settle in and build his confidence. Timmy is looking for a home where he can get plenty of exercise, as he's very high-energy. He's also part of our special TLC program, which means he'll come with a session with a professional behaviorist to help him adjust smoothly to his new environment.

Ideal Home

Timmy would thrive in a home that can provide him with lots of exercise and a patient approach to help him socialize. He is not suited for apartment living due to his tendency to bark. We are unsure how he would do with children or cats.

Ongoing Health

Timmy is basic potty trained but still has occasional accidents.

Training & Support

Timmy is part of our TLC program, which includes a session with a professional behaviorist to aid in his transition to a new home. He will benefit from ongoing socialization and exercise to help him grow into his confident self.
