MEET WHELAN! This sweet 9-month-old, 50 lb Staffy Mix is a delightful blend of puppy energy and cuddles. Whelan is a lovable hunk who leans into affection and loves to shower his people with love. He enjoys playtime with his doggy friends, especially splashing in the baby pool on hot days. His favorite thing? A good butt scratch that makes him dance with joy!

Ideal Home

Whelan would love a family that enjoys playing and spending quality time together. He's already dog-friendly and enjoys his daily playgroup, so he'd be a wonderful addition to a home with other dogs, or he'd be just as happy as the sole canine companion, as long as he's showered with human love. While he hasn't been formally tested with children, his playful and sweet nature suggests he could be a great buddy for kids who are respectful and kind to him.

Ongoing Health

Whelan has been neutered and is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, including his rabies shot. He is also current on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention. All pets are behaviorally and medically evaluated prior to adoption.
