Tia (waiting for over a year)

Tia is a resilient, smart, happy, energetic, athletic, and people-pleasing girl who has been patiently waiting for her forever home for over a year. We're not sure why this wonderful black dog hasn't found her match yet, but we know she'll make an amazing companion. Tia is a playful girl who absolutely loves to retrieve. She is also incredibly affectionate and enjoys spending quality time with her people. She learns quickly and seems to enjoy training sessions, especially since she is very treat motivated!

Ideal Home

Tia would love a home where she can be the only pet, receiving all the one-on-one attention she deserves. An experienced dog owner who is looking for a dog that thrives on engagement would be a perfect fit for her.

Ongoing Health

Tia is current on all of her vetting and is ready for her new home.

Training & Support

Tia does guard her food with other dogs. To manage this, we feed other dogs in crates. She is doggie door trained.

Transporation

This is an out-of-town listing, and Tia will be transported to the city of the listing. We personally transport our adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to locations including VA, MD, PA, NJ, CT, VT, and NY.
