About Tucker

Tucker is a handsome, approximately 11-year-old, male Labrador Retriever mix who weighs about 50 pounds. He was a stray who found his way to his previous owner's home in 2015 and has been a beloved companion ever since. Sadly, his current caretaker has health issues and can no longer provide Tucker with the active home he deserves. Tucker is a truly wonderful dog who is very lovable once he gets to know you, and he also has a protective nature. He is house-trained and lives indoors.

Ideal Home

Tucker gets along well with children. While his interactions with other dogs are unknown because he hasn't been around them, he has shown comfort with an outdoor cat. He does not jump or climb fences.

Ongoing Health

Tucker is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. His heartworm status is unknown, and he is not currently on preventative medication.

Training & Support

Tucker has never bitten or attempted to bite anyone. He can be a little protective, which is a trait to be mindful of as he adjusts.
