Meet Hachi!

Hachi is an approximately 2-year-old, 50 lb bundle of resilience and love. For most of his life, he knew only the confines of an outdoor kennel, having been rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite this challenging start, Hachi's heart remained incredibly soft, and he is now a total love bug eager to experience the joys of a loving home. He greets life with a wagging tail, a gentle spirit, and an genuine affection for people. Hachi is wonderful with children and friendly towards everyone he meets, making him a true "people person." He cherishes simple pleasures like belly rubs, a cozy bed, and quality time with his family – things he was never able to experience before. Amazingly, he's never let his past dim his spirit. He is crate trained, potty trained, and ready to be your loyal companion.

Ideal Home

Hachi is looking for a home where he is included, cherished, and loved. He enjoys adventures but is equally happy to relax at home.

Ongoing Health

Hachi is still working on gaining weight after being underfed for years. His ideal weight is closer to 60 lbs.

Training & Support

While Hachi does best with slow introductions to other dogs, he tends to do better with confident dogs. He can sometimes act like a "big tough guy" with more timid pups.

Transporation
