Abby is a delightful 1-year-old, 33-pound yellow lab mix who was found as a stray. She's a happy girl who rarely barks and enjoys a good belly rub! Abby isn't a needy dog but loves being around her people while she chews her favorite Nylabones. She's a strong, energetic pup who excels at fetch and would likely enjoy an active family. Abby can be a bit timid when she's unsure of what's being asked or feels she's in trouble, but she learns quickly.

Ideal Home

Abby would thrive in a home with an active family and a fenced yard, as she loves spending hours playing outside. Due to her high energy levels, she's probably too active for a family with pre-teen children.

Ongoing Health

Abby is spayed, heartworm negative, and currently on prevention.

Training & Support

Abby needs a little more leash training but is a quick learner. We are working on building her confidence so she feels more secure in new situations.
