Penelope

Penelope is a delightful 2-year-old, 45 lb pit mix who perfectly embodies the spirit of playful fun and cozy cuddles. She absolutely adores a good game of fetch with her favorite ball, loves to race around the yard with boundless energy, and then happily collapses on the couch for some well-deserved belly rubs. Penelope is a truly affectionate soul, happiest when she's snuggled up close to her favorite humans. The best part? She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and even cats, making her a potentially great addition to a multi-pet household!

Ideal Home

Penelope would thrive in a home with older children or adults, as she prefers a calmer environment and isn't a big fan of young kiddos.

Training & Support

Penelope is already crate trained and potty trained, which is fantastic! She's an active and playful girl who is very treat-motivated and loves her toys. Continuing to engage her with play and positive reinforcement will help her continue to flourish.

Transportation

Penelope is currently located in Texas and can be adopted locally or out of state. We coordinate with our dedicated ground transport teams to ensure a safe arrival for all our pets, and we'll keep you updated every step of the way. Transport costs are included in the adoption fees. Our fosters are also happy to arrange a video chat with potential adopters beforehand to ensure it's a great match!
