Meet Shamrock, a sweet and spirited boy looking for his forever family! This mixed-breed male is 2 years old and weighs about 56 lbs.

Feeling lucky? Shamrock is ready to bring a little luck into someone’s life. He came to the shelter as a stray. He is a gentleman in his kennel, sitting quietly and patiently waiting for his turn. The busy shelter hallways can feel a bit overwhelming for him, but once he’s outside he settles in nicely and walks decently on leash. He’s a smart guy too — Shamrock already knows sit and likes to show off his signature Shamrock shake. He is treat motivated though he’s still working on taking them a little more gently. Shamrock seems to know what a crate is (he walked right into one unprompted) and he took care of business as soon as he got outside. He is friendly and enjoys attention but not overly clingy. He may jump up when he’s excited, but he listens well when asked to settle. Come meet Shamrock, he might just be your pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
