Max is an energetic and special boy looking for his forever home! This handsome Cane Corso mix is about 5 years old and weighs a solid 75 lbs. Max loves exploring the great outdoors and would be a fantastic companion for someone who enjoys hiking and running. He's a fit and strong dog, so he'll need an equally fit and strong handler who can keep up with his zest for life. Max has mastered his obedience cues and is working on managing his excitement on walks. He's a smart and playful pup who is neutered, house-trained, microchipped, and up-to-date on his core vaccinations. Max arrived at the shelter as an unclaimed stray and is now ready to find his perfect match.

Ideal Home

Max would thrive in a home with direct access to a private, fully fenced yard. He needs an active, patient, and calm family who can provide him with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Previous experience handling large breed dogs and a commitment to continuing his training are essential. Max would do best in a home without other pets or children.

Ongoing Health

Max is neutered, house-trained, microchipped, and has received his core vaccinations. He is in good health and ready for his new life.

Training & Support

Max has mastered his obedience cues and is learning to control his enthusiasm on walks. Continued training and consistent reinforcement will help him continue to grow into a well-mannered companion.
