Niko is a handsome 1.5-year-old Poochon weighing 14 lbs. He's been working hard on his training and has made wonderful progress, and is now ready to find a very special home that truly understands him. Niko absolutely loves going for walks – he's learned to stay calmer and more focused on them! He also enjoys snuggling close with his person, going for car rides, and just hanging out by your side. Niko bonds deeply with one special person and becomes an incredibly loving, affectionate, and loyal companion. He truly shines in a calm, predictable environment where he feels safe.

Ideal Home

Niko is looking for a single-person home with an experienced and patient adopter. He would do best in a quiet household with minimal visitors and no children or other pets.

Ongoing Health

Niko is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm-negative, and on monthly prevention.

Training & Support

Niko has come a long way, but he will need continued structure and understanding in his new home. He may also benefit from additional training to keep building on his success. When Niko feels safe and secure, he is a wonderful, snuggly boy who just wants to be close to his person.
