Whoopi - A Sweet Girl Hoping for a Miracle

Whoopi is an unforgettable girl with a heart full of love! She was found abandoned, but thanks to the care of an independent rescuer, she's recovering from heartworm and ready for her happily ever after. Whoopi is a total lovebug who melts for belly rubs and cuddles, especially in bed! She's mostly calm and easygoing, enjoying quiet naps by your side, but she does get occasional bursts of playful energy. With her adorable smile and squishy cheeks, she's sure to steal your heart.

Ideal Home

Whoopi would do best in a home without cats. We are still learning about her interactions with other dogs, and she will need slow introductions and continued work on her social skills. A fenced yard would be ideal as she builds her confidence.

Ongoing Health

Whoopi is recovering from heartworm and has received dedicated care for her treatment.

Training & Support

Whoopi is potty trained and knows "sit." She's a quick learner and respectful in the home, only chewing on her toys. She's also started leash training with a prong collar and is making great progress.
