Chuck is a handsome 1-year-old Blue Heeler mix weighing in at 41lbs. He's the total package: smart, athletic, loyal, and just mischievous enough to keep you smiling every day. Chuck's story started out a bit rough, but he's been given a fresh start and is now ready to find his forever family. He's curious, energetic, incredibly intelligent, and always up for an adventure. Chuck bonds quickly with his people and is eager to become your loyal sidekick. He loves to stay busy, whether it's hiking, playing fetch, learning new tricks, or simply following his favorite humans around. After a day of fun, he's happy to curl up for snuggles.
Ideal Home
Chuck is looking for an active home that understands the needs of his breed and is excited to help him continue growing into the amazing companion he's meant to be. He'd thrive with a family that enjoys staying active, whether that's hiking, running, obedience, agility, or simply daily walks and interactive games. He enjoys having canine friends to wrestle and play with, so he'd be happy to have another playful dog in his forever home, though it's not a requirement as long as he gets plenty of exercise, enrichment, and socialization. We do not know how he does with cats.
