Kelly is a stunning black and tan Chihuahua mix, weighing in at 12lbs, and she's the biggest of her siblings! She was found living under a house in rural Texas, likely dumped with her mom and littermates, but her tough start hasn't dimmed her bright spirit. Kelly is a happy, though initially shy, girl who may need a little time to warm up. Once she does, her affectionate and playful personality truly shines. She has a lot of energy and would thrive in a home that gives her plenty of opportunities to zoom, play, and then settle in for lots of cuddles.

• The out-of-state adoption fee is $350 plus transport, which varies by location. This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months and older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea and heartworm prevention. A veterinarian will complete a health exam and issue a certificate within 10 days.
