Astro (27lb)

Astro is a charming 2-year-old Heeler mix, weighing in at about 27 pounds. He was found all alone in a tough neighborhood in Texas, but thankfully, a Kind Spirits volunteer took him in and fostered him with a whole pack of other dogs. Now that he's fully vetted and we've gotten to know his wonderful personality, Astro is all set to find his forever family! He's eager to please, knows his basic manners like being house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. Astro is a very smart boy who is highly motivated by treats, toys, and praise. He enjoys quiet cuddles and wants nothing more than to be your number one pup.

Ideal Home

Astro can be a bit of a "little man" and may occasionally nip at male dogs when competing for treats or attention. He's currently living harmoniously with 10 other dogs in his foster home, so he's used to a busy environment, but a home where he can be your primary focus would be wonderful.

Astro is fully vetted and ready for his new home.

Training & Support

Astro is a quick learner and loves to please. His food and toy motivation makes him a great candidate for further training.

Transporation

Astro is currently in Texas. Out-of-state adopters are welcome! Private transport can be arranged with K9 Delivery LLC for an additional $200, which includes a health certificate, vet exam, and transportation to your area.
