Princess

Let’s get this wonderful dog a home for the holidays! Princess is a six-year-old pit bull mix who found herself abandoned and in need of an emergency c-section. Thankfully, her pups all survived and have found their forever homes, but Princess is still waiting for hers. She absolutely adores attention from people and is a very protective and loyal companion. Princess loves to play with tennis balls and enjoys going for walks with our volunteers. She's a big girl, weighing in at 117 pounds, and with her gentle nature and love for food, she’s got a slight resemblance to a baby hippo! Her potential owner should be prepared to factor her hearty appetite into their weekly budget. Princess is a powerful, yet gentle dog, and she would do best in a home with older children. She is not a fan of other animals, so Princess needs to be the only pet in the household. She truly deserves a loving home of her own, so please share and let’s help this awesome dog find her forever family this Christmas!

Transporation

Princess is located at Franklin Township Animal Shelter in Somerset, NJ. We can transport animals to approved adopters within a 200-mile radius.
