Shirley is a sweet, two-year-old lovebug who came to us with a badly embedded collar. She's now fully healed and ready to spin her web of love in a forever home! Don't let the name fool you; there's nothing creepy or crawly about this girl – she's all snuggles, smiles, and sweetness. Shirley's dream is to trade her Halloween costume for a cozy couch and a family to call her own.
