About Goldie

Goldie is a delightful two-year-old chocolate Labrador mix who has overcome a challenging past. She was found abandoned in freezing rain just before she was due to give birth. Thankfully, she was rescued and is now thriving and ready for a loving home. Goldie is spayed, up-to-date on shots, heartworm negative, and housebroken. Her puppies did not survive due to her previous poor care and malnutrition, but she is now a happy and healthy dog.

Ideal Home

Goldie is a bit shy and needs a patient adopter who can help her feel safe and loved. While she warms up quickly, it may take a few minutes to convince her that you mean no harm. She would not do well in a home with cats. While she's currently afraid of other animals, with slow introductions and patience, she may be able to get along with them.

Ongoing Health

Goldie is spayed, current on shots, and heartworm negative.

Goldie is housebroken. She is shy and requires patience as she adjusts to new people. She is also afraid of other animals, but may warm up to them with slow introductions.
