About Uno the One Eyed Wonder

I spy with one little eye. Our one-eyed wonder himself, Mr. Uno! See what I did there?

Uno is a special man with an even more special heart full of love, goofiness, and a serious love for toys, treats, and snuggles. He's a 4-year-old shepherd mix weighing about 81 pounds, with the most handsome long legs and a sweet, slender build that makes him look like he's ready for the runway. Uno may be missing an eye, but he makes up for it with twice the personality, twice the charm, and twice the love! He's the kind of dog who'll make you laugh until your cheeks hurt and then melt into your lap for a nap. Uno loves people, leaning his whole body against you for pets, and sitting on your feet like it's his job. He looks up at you with that one soulful golden eye that says, "You're my favorite person in the entire universe." He's the ultimate snuggle bug, affectionate, gentle, and a total heart-stealer. Uno is bouncy, cuddly, and just happy to be alive.

Uno's full-time hobby is toys! Squeaky toys, rope toys, bouncy balls... he's not picky. He'll proudly carry them around, toss them in the air, and then gather them up like prized possessions before curling up for a power nap. He believes every toy deserves love and he's just the pup to give it.

Uno is a star with kids. He was the absolute perfect gentleman, gentle, patient, and all about the cuddles. He'll happily take treats from tiny hands, sit politely when asked, and give the softest kisses in return. If there are kids in the home who love a big, goofy, snuggly dog to play fetch and watch movies with, Uno is the guy.

Uno recently went on a doggy day out to the park! He hopped right into the car, stuck his head out the window, and took in every bit of sunshine and fresh air. He was polite in public, didn't bark at squirrels, and made so many friends. He even had his first pup cup! He would absolutely love a family that will take him out on adventures!

When it comes to dog friends, Uno can be a little picky. He prefers dogs with good vibes only, tending to click best with playful, goofy girls who don't take life too seriously. His best friend ever was a goofy female pup, on the more submissive side, and a tad smaller than him! He absolutely would not mind being your one and only good boy, though! He is 100% ready to soak up all the attention!

Ideal Home

Uno is the perfect balance of playful and calm. He'd love a home with a yard where he can stretch out those long, majestic legs and bask in the sunshine. But when playtime's over, he's all about curling up on the couch for a cuddle session. With an active family, Uno could even squeeze right into apartment life!

Ongoing Health

Uno is a healthy boy, with his one eye being his only notable characteristic.

Training & Support

Uno is crate-trained and quiet. He knows when it's time to chill.
