A little about them
Meet Max, a wonderfully sweet and approximately 100-pound gentleman beginning an entirely new chapter. After spending the first six years of his life with very little exposure beyond his backyard, Max is learning about indoor living, buildings, unfamiliar people, and new places. He is building trust with his new people and showing more of his personality every day.
Max needs a calm, patient person who will let him set the pace and help him discover that the world is safe one experience at a time. When he has had enough, he may stop completely and "pancake"—patience will take you much further than pushing him before he is ready.
Ideal Home
Max is looking for someone who understands that progress may take time and that small steps can be meaningful victories. He needs a gentle adopter who will allow him to build confidence gradually.
