Meet Midas, a sweet 7-year-old Staffordshire/American Bulldog mix. Midas is a gentle and quiet soul who asks for very little: a soft place to rest, a person to follow around, some chest scratches (his absolute favorite), and time to sniff around the yard and simply enjoy being near the people he loves. He has been through more than most dogs ever should, previously being adopted and then returning to rescue through no fault of his own. Midas also lives with a permanent injury to his back left leg from an accident, resulting in a limp. However, he still enjoys exploring, soaking up attention, and being close to his people. His heart works perfectly and is full of love. Senior dogs have a special way of settling in, appreciating the little things, and making every day feel calmer and fuller. Midas isn’t looking for perfection; he’s just hoping for another chance at forever.

Amazing Grace Bully Rescue is a foster-based rescue located in Pensacola, Florida. We do not have a physical building. If you would like to meet Midas, the first step is to complete our online application. We will consider local applicants first.
