Hi... I’m Cathrine. The world is still a pretty big place to me, so I hope you don’t mind if I take a moment to get my bearings when we meet. I’m a 10-month-old lab mix, and I’ve spent most of my life surrounded by my littermates. Being with other dogs is what I know best—it’s where I feel happiest and most like myself. I love to play, to run, to tumble around with a friend who understands me. Having a confident canine buddy in my new home would mean so much to me. They could show me that new things aren’t so scary and help me feel brave. People are still a bit of a mystery sometimes. I want to be close, I really do, but I’m still learning how to trust and feel safe. In a calm, gentle home where I can move at my own pace, I know I’ll keep coming out of my shell. Every day, I get a little braver, a little more curious, and a little more ready to see what love feels like. I’m looking for a family who understands that growing up doesn’t always happen all at once. Someone patient, kind, and willing to let me bloom in my own time. If you have kids, I’d really like to meet them first, just so I can feel comfortable and know I’m stepping into a safe and happy place. There’s a playful, loving pup inside me just waiting to shine. With the right home, a steady routine, and maybe a four-legged friend to guide me, I know I’ll become the sweetest companion you could ask for. If you’re willing to go a little slow with me, I promise it will be worth it.
