She was found searching for words to describe herself and penned a poem expressing her wish for a loving home and her appreciation for the rescue that saved her from a difficult first chapter. Melody is intelligent, observant, and eager to explore the world with her forever family. She enjoys walks and is excellent on a leash, leaning in for affection and showing her gratitude. While she loves to play fetch, she also cherishes quiet evenings filled with cuddles. Melody is comfortable with horses, cows, goats, and donkeys, but she is selective with other dogs, preferring smaller companions, and would likely do best as the only dog in the home.
