This sweet pup has already overcome so much, coming from a hoarder house where he battled fleas, parasites, and a lack of socialization, leaving him quite terrified. Thankfully, Roo has been in foster care, where he's been learning the ropes and blossoming into a more confident dog. He's a loving and gentle soul who is looking for his best life.
