Smarty Marty SPC

Smarty Marty is a truly SMART girl who has overcome so much! She was found scared and defeated, understandably hesitant to trust people after experiencing neglect and mistreatment. Her foster mom says, "It's hard to post and talk about her without tearing up because I'm just in awe of how far she has come. A whole village stepped up to get her here and I want to thank them all." She has found her hero and is now ready for a loving family to cherish her for who she is, forever!

Ideal Home

Smarty Marty would thrive in a home that understands and is willing to work with a rescued dog. Patience is a must for a dog with an unknown past. While she is good with other dogs and cats, she is allergic to cat dander. She can be playful but a bit rough, so a home without small children would be best.

Ongoing Health

Smarty Marty will require long-term allergy medication and a prescription diet.

Training & Support

She is puppy pad trained and loves her kennel. Smarty Marty is also a professional snuggler who absolutely LOVES you!
