Frijol

Frijol is a 7-year-old boy with a heart full of love, despite a past filled with hardship. He was once adopted, but sadly, never truly cherished. After an accident left both of his back legs broken, his previous family chose not to seek veterinary care. The fractures healed improperly, but Frijol, with incredible resilience, learned to walk again, though it's an uncomfortable and awkward gait. His family eventually abandoned him at a shelter, even expressing a wish for euthanasia. Fortunately, a compassionate foster mom stepped in, providing him with the safety and care he had always deserved. Now, his foster mom can no longer keep him, and he's hoping for his forever home. Despite everything, Frijol's capacity to love people remains boundless. He may not have a lot of time left, but he absolutely deserves a chance at happiness.

Ideal Home

Frijol would do best as the only dog in a home, where he can be showered with all the love and attention.

Ongoing Health

Frijol has healed from improperly healed fractures in both of his back legs. He walks with some discomfort and awkwardness, but he is mobile.

Frijol is house-trained.
