She’s already a pro at leash walking, crate training, and knows exactly when she needs to go outside. She gets along wonderfully with dogs, children, and adults, making her a fantastic companion for any household. Valentina’s story is one of resilience; she was born under a broken, abandoned house during freezing weather and wasn't expected to survive, but her strong will to live saw her through. Now, she’s eagerly awaiting a forever home where she can finally experience safety, love, and the stability she deserves.
Ideal Home
Valentina would thrive in a home with owners who have a fenced backyard and are active, enjoying outdoor activities. Families with an open mind to understanding and educating rescued animals, who have experience with dog behavior and training, and possess high tolerance and patience for rescued pups will be the perfect fit.
Ongoing Health
Valentina has been spayed, vaccinated for DHPPI, Rabies, and Bordetella, and is up-to-date on deworming. She has also tested negative for heartworms. A health certificate and vaccination booklet are provided.
Training & Support
While Valentina is generally well-behaved, please note that she is not house-trained, which is a common challenge with many rescued animals due to the rescue's focus on extensive medical and emotional rehabilitation. Potential adopters should be prepared to continue her training with patience and understanding.

Transportation
Valentina is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, and is ready to travel. Door-to-door delivery is available through a contracted transport company, with scheduled trips approximately 3-4 times a year. A transport fee of $400 USD covers the journey from Houston to your home. You will receive real-time updates throughout the transport process.
