Hello, I'm Sir Fig Newton, or Newton to my friends! I am a king of couch snuggles, a master of daily walks, and a total love-bug, according to my foster mom. I'm also completely housebroken and don't require a crate, as long as the counters are cleared off!

I've got a "Jerry Springer" background story apparently; I thought I had found my forever home, but then I ended up as a stray. Even with my past, I still have lots of love to give! I walk well on a leash, am unphased by other dogs when we're out in public, get along very well with the other dogs in my current place, and enjoy running around the backyard. I enjoy the occasional "stuffy" (stuffed/squeaky toy) and am down to chew on a Nylabone when I'm not having a nap!
