Harper is a 2-year-old terrier mix who has overcome a difficult past. She arrived at the shelter underweight and exhausted after recently having puppies. Despite her hardships, Harper has blossomed into a sweet and easy-going companion. She thrives on one-on-one attention and affection, loving nothing more than to cuddle with her person and feel safe. Now spayed, she is a calm and loyal dog who walks well on a leash and would make a devoted lap dog. Harper is looking for a home where she can finally experience comfort, kindness, and the love she deserves.
