Cuddles

Cuddles is a very sweet, mature girl who came to us because her elder owner could no longer care for her. At 10 years old, she still loves her daily walks and is hoping to find a family that enjoys them as much as she does! Cuddles loves making new friends and always wants to be with her people, ready to receive lots of pets and attention. She is pretty easy-going and enjoys an afternoon siesta. She is very food motivated, but her new family will need to be committed to her weight loss journey with measured feedings and healthy snacks. Cuddles does well with other dogs but can get overexcited if they are barking or running due to her herding instincts. She would likely do best with older dogs who can match her energy level.

Ideal Home

Cuddles would love a home where humans are not gone for long hours of the day and a fenced backyard for her to mosey in. She has a typical corgi alert bark to new noises, so shared walls may not be the best fit for her. She is good with cats and older children will be considered.

Ongoing Health

Cuddles is on a weight loss journey. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on immunizations, heartworm negative, and had a recent dental cleaning.

Training & Support

Cuddles is house-trained, non-destructive in the home, and crates well at night. She is working on better leash manners as she can pull and bark at unknown dogs.

Cuddles is located in Colorado and we do not adopt outside of Colorado.
