Thay

Thay is a sweet and easy-going boy who weighs around 30 pounds. He was rescued from a hoarding situation and, after a previous adoption didn't work out, he's ready for his real forever home. Thay is a love bug once he feels comfortable, though he can be cautious around new people and unfamiliar animals. He makes happy little hops when he gets excited and doesn't get into or chew things. He's crate trained, potty trained, and pretty good on leash.

Ideal Home

Thay would do best in a home with another dog that loves to play. He would also do best with older children or no children.

Ongoing Health

All Dallas Dog adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption. Our dogs are currently on heartworm preventative. Puppies receive 3 to 4 rounds of vaccinations depending on their age, and adults receive two rounds unless they've been with us longer than a year, in which case they receive the booster update.

Training & Support

Thay is crate trained, potty trained, and pretty good on leash. He doesn't get into things or chew. He can be cautious around new people and unfamiliar animals, so continuing to build his confidence in a loving environment will be key.
