Roxie

My name is Roxie, and I'm a gorgeous 2-3 year old female German Shepherd! My puppies and I were rescued from a difficult situation, but now we're all healthy and thriving, looking for our forever families. I love being active, whether it's running in the yard, splashing in water buckets, or going on fun trips. I also enjoy cuddling up next to my foster mom. I'm a friendly, smart, curious, and energetic girl who dreams of going on adventures like walks, hikes, and runs with my new family.

Ideal Home

I would do best in a home with teenage or adult children. I am good with large male dogs, but I cannot live with cats. I would love an active person or family who can join me on all sorts of adventures.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, and monthly preventatives. I have also been spayed.

Training & Support

I am currently working on house and crate training, and I'm making great progress. However, I do need full obedience training, including commands like sit, stay, come, and down, as well as leash walking and polite greetings. I'm very food motivated, so training with me should be a breeze – cheese and hot dogs work wonders!

I am currently being fostered in Tennessee. We do offer transport to the East Coast, and a transport fee will apply.
