Sugar

Sugar is ready to travel to a community that will truly cherish her as a family member. She is currently in Oklahoma at our rescue. Because we want her transition to be as smooth as possible, we arrange direct-to-adopter transport to specific cities. Adoptions are finalized in advance so that Sugar can hop off the transport and right into your waiting arms. We stand by our pups for life; the rare event it isn't a perfect match, Sugar is never without a safety net. She will simply return to our care in Oklahoma on the next available transport until her perfect home is found.

Meet Sugar: A Sweet, Fluffy Bundle of Joy! She is 4 months old (as of July 9) and weighs 12 lbs, with plenty of room to grow! Her estimated adult weight is 53-88 lbs. She is a spectacular, one-of-a-kind blend: 46% Poodle, 29% Golden Retriever, 19% Great Pyrenees, and 6% Great Dane. She is mostly snowy white with the most adorable random tan patches and has curly hair. Sugar came from a local home where they had a litter and needed help getting rid of the last 2. We did take the mother to get spayed, so no more litters!

Full of Puppy Personality Sugar is a happy, healthy, typical puppy who is ready to take on the world. She is a bit more vocal and expressive than her sister, and she loves to use her voice to tell you all about her day. Her Growing Skills Sugar is currently staying in our rescue building and is proving to be a very smart little girl. She is doing great with crate training and settles nicely in her crate. She is a young pup but is already working hard on her house-training routine and learning to go potty outside. She hasn't practiced walking on a leash just yet, but given her smart breed makeup, she is sure to catch on very quickly with a little patience and some tasty treats.

Because Sugar is going to be a big girl, she is looking for a family who is excited about the puppy phase, socialization, and watching a pint-sized fluffball grow into a magnificent, majestic adult companion. Ongoing Health

Sugar is already spayed and up-to-date on all her essential vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPPx3, and Bordetella). She has been dewormed and is kept on monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. To ensure she is in tip-top shape for her new family, she will be microchipped and receive a fresh fecal exam and a certified Health Certificate. All performed within 10 days of her transport date.

Training & Support

Sugar is currently working on her house training and leash manners. She is a smart puppy and is expected to learn quickly with patience and positive reinforcement.

• Sugar's adoption fee is $1,200. This fee is all-inclusive, covering her spay, all veterinary care listed above, and her seat on a professional transport service dedicated to getting her safely to your area.
