Meet RAON: A Gentle, Sweet Soul Looking for Her Forever Home
RAON is a female Spitz Mix, approximately 7 years old, weighing around 22 lbs. This beautiful white girl was rescued from a heartbreaking situation in a rural village where dogs were being bred indiscriminately and sold to dog meat traders. Thankfully, RAON was saved and brought to our shelter. She was a bit shy and spent a long time waiting patiently for her turn to be noticed. Despite her past, RAON has shown no malice. She is a resilient survivor, ready to find the loving family she deserves.
RAON is a very sweet, gentle, and quiet girl. She is naturally timid and shy at first when meeting new people or entering new environments, but she has absolutely zero aggression. She is incredibly submissive, pure-hearted, and patient. Once she feels safe, her calm and loving nature truly shines. Due to her past, she can be cautious and takes some time to warm up to unfamiliar people, especially men. She needs a patient family who will give her the time and space to open up at her own pace. RAON is excellent with other dogs, peaceful, never confrontational or dominant. She gets along well with furry friends and would do great in a home with another calm, confident dog who can help her build her confidence. She is very well-behaved and independent, entertaining herself and playing wonderfully on her own, making her a wonderful companion for a relaxed household. Her energy level is low to medium; she is calm, quiet, and enjoys a peaceful routine. She does not bark much and is not destructive.
