Meet Denny!
Denny is a handsome 6-month-old brindle boy who was found near the interstate. Thankfully, his story didn't end there; it was just getting started. Today, Denny is safe, loved, and ready to find the family he has always deserved. Weighing around 35 pounds, he's the perfect medium-sized companion for adventures and playtime, yet small enough to fit comfortably into most homes.
Denny is a professional when it comes to playtime! He loves other dogs and has never met a game he didn't enjoy. If there's a toy involved, Denny is convinced it should be his, and good luck catching him once he has it! While he's great with other dogs, Denny has a confident personality and sometimes likes to be the leader of the pack. He's not pushy or aggressive; he's simply the kind of guy who likes to organize the fun and occasionally remind his friends when playtime gets a little too rowdy. His best friend is another rescue dog named Dunkin, with whom he plays and sleeps.
Denny's biggest wish is for a family, a couch to call his own, a toy box to raid, and a person who gets excited to see him every day. Dogs like Denny don't ask for much: a little patience, guidance, and a lot of love. In return, they give their all. When you rescue a dog like Denny, they know it, and the bond that forms when a dog gets a second chance is truly special.

Denny loves other dogs and enjoys playtime with them. He can be a confident leader and sometimes likes to organize the fun.
Ongoing Health
All dogs are cleared by a licensed veterinarian for transport and arrive spayed/neutered with age-appropriate vaccines completed and are microchipped. Breed mix and full-grown size are estimates.
Training & Support
Denny is a toy-stealing enthusiast and likes to be the leader of the pack. He may need some guidance to manage his playful energy and organizational tendencies with other dogs.

Transporation
Denny is currently in South Mississippi. Local and out-of-town adopters are welcome. For out-of-town adopters, we offer virtual meet-and-greets and can arrange transport to many states in the Northeast. The adoption fee includes transport. We cannot adopt to Rhode Island due to import restrictions.
