Chex

Meet Chex! This 6-month-old, 24lb cattle dog and chihuahua mix is a happy, sweet boy who likes everybody he meets. He's currently living with three dogs and two cats, and he adores them all! Chex is playful, curious, and very affectionate, with a tail that's always wagging. He loves to play with his toys and his foster siblings, but after a good play session, he's happy to settle down for a nap in his favorite spot. He's not destructive and doesn't need to be crated, preferring his own toys!

Ideal Home

Chex would make a perfect family dog. He's friendly with people, dogs of all sizes, and cats. He is doing well learning to walk on a leash, and once he feels comfortable, he is a snuggly and happy boy. He does start out shy with strangers, but warms up quickly.

Ongoing Health

Chex is vaccinated and neutered.

Training & Support

Chex is fully potty-trained and sleeps through the night. He happily trots in and out of a door to a fenced-in yard, where he loves to run zoomies and roll in the grass. He is doing well learning to walk on a leash.
