Meet Penelope our sweet English bulldog girl! She was used for a breeding and then left at the kill shelter. So we were excited to scoop her up and now she is looking for her forever home! She is very friendly with all people, other dogs and kids! She enjoys going on car rides and walks! He is a very sweet pup!
