About King Bubbaloo Your Oversized Lap Dog
King Bubbaloo is an approximately 3-year-old, 59 lb American Staffy mix with the SWEETEST energy and a happy-go-lucky attitude. He's a lovable goofball, affectionate cuddle buddy, and a giant squishy-headed best friend all rolled into one. With his honey-brown eyes, signature pittie smile, and a penchant for immediate belly rubs, King has a way of making people fall for him instantly. He's incredibly affectionate and believes physical touch is his love language, often resting a paw on you or melting into your side on the couch. King adores people and greets everyone like an old friend. He has a soft, submissive demeanor with humans and thrives on companionship, happiest when near his people soaking up attention and quality time.
King has experience with children, having been around his foster's 8-month-old granddaughter. He showed a gentle awareness of her fragility, toning down his playful energy around her. While he's a larger dog and accidental bumps are always a possibility with young children, he gave off major lovable family dog vibes.
He is also very dog-friendly and lives in a multi-dog household with 8 other dogs, including a male Lab who he gets along well with. King is the "bossman" of his foster home and enjoys classic bully breed play, which can be enthusiastic. He would do best with a confident female dog who enjoys rowdier play and knows how to pace themselves. If he were your only dog, he'd be perfectly content as people are his absolute favorite. King also lives harmoniously with 4 cats in his foster home and has done well meeting new feline friends.
Ideal Home
King would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can stretch his legs, sunbathe, and be near his people while they're outdoors. He's adaptable and happy with a comfy couch for lounging or adventures outdoors.
Ongoing Health
King is up-to-date on vetting, vaccinations, and preventative medications.
Training & Support
King is crate trained, potty trained, eager to please, and very food motivated, making training a joy. He already knows "sit" and would likely enjoy puzzle toys and learning new tricks. He has a medium energy level and is adaptable to different lifestyles.
