Cookie

Cookie has all the great qualities of a dog: Loyalty, playfulness, intelligence, and of course—goofiness! He earned the title of "Cookie Monster" the day he was rescued as a stray. Animal crackers were a big help in earning his trust. This boy loves to play with toys, with tennis balls being his all-time favorite. He's such a happy-go-lucky boy, estimated to be around 3 years old, though he might be younger. We think he's a Chocolate Lab/Rottweiler mix, but that's just a guess. What we know for sure is that he's a cutie!

Ideal Home

An active home where Cookie can get to a healthier weight would be ideal. Cookie would prefer to be the only animal in the home. He does not like cats and is dog-selective.

Ongoing Health

Cookie has been overweight since he came to the shelter.

Training & Support

Cookie is house-trained.
