Atticus

A handsome hunk/chunk of a pit bull with a big head and an even bigger heart, Atticus made his way to Wags after a serious injury that could have meant his end. He powered through and lived to be the sweet soul he is now. Atticus loves everyone he meets, sits nicely for pets and head rubs, and takes treats so gently! His dream day includes a short walk, a snooze, snacks, and snuggles on the couch. He's a sweet and laid-back guy who might respond to "give me paw." This survivor loves head rubs (especially on his scars) and snuggles, and shows his love with drool!

Ideal Home

Atticus would do best with a family that is looking to relax and snuggle and enjoys a good snuggle and chew session with a bone. A family with a sizable paper towel collection will be a plus due to his enthusiastic drool!

Ongoing Health

Atticus has some scars from a past injury that he loves to have petted.

Training & Support

Atticus naps through nail trims and loves baths. He's not really here to do lots of tricks, unless you count napping as a trick.
