Meet Bruce! This handsome American Bulldog mix is patiently waiting for his forever family. Bruce, estimated to be born on November 8, 2023, currently weighs 60 pounds but is underweight and expected to gain more.

Bruce's past was heartbreaking. He was found abandoned and roaming alone, surviving on his own. He also sustained numerous puncture wounds, scratches, and cuts, but his loving spirit remains unbroken. He is a very affectionate dog and gets along well with other dogs, both on and off leash.

Ongoing Health

Bruce is currently undergoing treatment for his wounds and is up-to-date on vaccinations. He has tested positive for heartworms and is undergoing the slow-kill treatment. The Artemis Project is covering all medication costs and will continue to fund his treatment even after adoption, until he is heartworm-free.
