Egypt

Egypt is a sweet and shy adult female Shetland Sheepdog who came to rescue from a commercial breeder. She's still growing some fur back on her lower back due to a past issue with another dog. Egypt doesn't have a mean bone in her body and is very gentle, especially when taking treats. She can be a bit shy with new people but blossoms in a quiet environment. She is great with other dogs and has started to play a little! Egypt is learning to be a companion and will come up to her foster family to be picked up, but you'll have to be quick! Once she's in your arms, she loves to cuddle and will fall asleep. She's been fully vetted, including a dental cleaning.

Ideal Home

Egypt would thrive in a quiet home where she can feel safe and comfortable. A securely fenced yard is required for her.

Training & Support

Egypt is shy with people but is learning to trust and enjoy cuddles. She takes time to warm up, but once she does, she's a sweet companion who enjoys being held. She barks, but not excessively.
