Meet Ophelia

Ophelia is learning what it is like being a normal loved dog. She has endured much cruelty in her life. She was forced to live her life in a cage wearing a shock collar her whole life. She still has the scars from the collar that she wore constantly. Despite the cruelty she has experienced she is the sweetest most loving girl you will meet! She loves to cuddle and play! She loves squeaky toys and of course she loves her bones from American Bulldog Rescue. If you are willing to open your heart and be patient while Ophelia learns she is safe and loved she is the girl for you!To be considered for adoption, you must apply using our free, online application. Our dogs are fostered in our volunteers' homes, not in a central shelter/location. Only approved applicants are put into contact with the foster family to setup a meeting with the foster dog.
