About Amaya

Amaya is a sweet and gentle 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix who weighs about 60 pounds. She was rescued from a rural shelter and is now safe in a loving foster home. Amaya has adjusted wonderfully and is ready to find her forever family. She has been great with children as young as 7, is friendly with cats, and gets along well with all the dogs she meets. Amaya has a laid-back personality, so she isn't a high-energy girl, but she does enjoy going for walks.

Ideal Home

Amaya would thrive in a home that appreciates her gentle and laid-back nature. She has shown to be good with children aged 7 and up, cats, and other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Amaya is spayed, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. She is microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Amaya is house trained and leash trained.
