Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption fee is $175, with a $75 transport fee due to secure your spot on the transport. The remaining $100 adoption fee is due at pickup.
• Once your application is approved, you will receive an "Approval Letter" followed by the "Transport Roster Information form."
• This form will guide you to select your pickup location and provide links to pay the transport fee.

• Springfield, Illinois
• Bloomington, Illinois
• Lafayette, Indiana
• Rockford, Illinois
• Madison, Wisconsin

Please note that pickup times are estimates and will be communicated with a live Google Map link so you can follow the transport's progress. Pickups are in the parking lot of PetSmart locations, or directly from our rescue in Texarkana, Texas.
