Hi, I'm George! I'm a happy and loving 1-year-old, 50-pound Black Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier mix. My sister Joy and I were found looking for people to love in a park and have been thriving in foster care ever since. My foster mom calls me "Curious George" because I love to watch everything with interest! I'm a very affectionate boy who loves to be part of whatever my people are doing. I'm house-trained, crate-trained, enjoy car rides, and mind very well. I'm doing well on a leash and love going on adventures. I get along great with other dogs, don't bother the cat, and have shown nothing but kindness to everyone I meet. I especially love children and people, as that's what drew me to the park in the first place. I thrive on attention, affection, and companionship, and I'll always sneak in a kiss if you bend down. Joy and I adore each other and would make an amazing pair, but we're also confident enough to find separate homes. I'd love a family that enjoys simple pleasures like camping, hiking, walks, visiting coffee shops, or just snuggling on the couch. I'm social, friendly, and always ready for the next adventure. With my beautiful coat and sweet, happy-go-lucky personality, I'm ready to bring happiness, loyalty, and unconditional love to my lucky family.

I would love a family that enjoys life's simple pleasures like camping trips, hiking trails, walks around the neighborhood, visits to coffee shops, outdoor cafes, or just curling up on the couch for snuggles after a fun day.

Training & Support

I am house-trained, crate-trained, and ride wonderfully in the car. I mind very well and am doing okay on leash.
