Fritz loves people, greeting everyone with warmth and enthusiasm, making him the perfect companion for those seeking a dog to happily hang out with, supervise household activities, and graciously accept admiration. While he's a Great Pyrenees, his daily personality leans more towards a Golden Retriever in terms of activity level and human companionship, though he retains the Pyr's watchfulness and takes his neighborhood monitoring duties seriously. What Fritz offers is a special steadiness that younger dogs rarely possess – he's affectionate, predictable, and content just being with his people, settling into a home as if he's always belonged.

Ideal Home

Fritz will do best in a home with a secure fenced yard, people to spend time with, and enough activity in his day to keep his curious mind entertained. He needs to be the only dog in the home and cannot live with cats. Fritz is not an apartment dog.
