PENNY LANE

Penny Lane is a delightful approximately 1-year-old, 22 lb bundle of joy! Her DNA tells us she's a charming mix of Yorkshire Terrier, Poodle, and Chihuahua, with a few other surprise breeds sprinkled in – a true "Heinz 57" of love! She's a spirited girl who isn't afraid to stand her ground if another dog gets too close, but she also has doggy buddies she loves to play with in the yard. Penny is reported to be pretty well house-trained and enjoys walks on the leash. She's a pro at hopping into cars, though she's not always thrilled about the leash itself, and a harness might be a better fit for her. Penny adores people and soaking up attention, and you can bet she'll be right there when it's time for food! She's sure to be a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Penny would thrive in a home where she can receive plenty of attention. While she has dog friends, she can be a bit spicy if another dog invades her personal space, so a home with a calm resident dog or as a solo pup might be best.

Ongoing Health

Penny is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. She is also on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas, and ticks.

Training & Support

Penny is generally well-behaved and seems to be house-trained. She walks well on a leash but might prefer a harness over a traditional collar. With her love for attention and food, she'll be eager to learn and please!
