Tide

Tide is a sweet 3-month-old, 6-pound terrier mix with a heart full of love to give! He was part of an unexpected litter and was rescued along with his siblings. Since joining our Wags family, Tide has completed his veterinary care and is now ready to find his forever home. He's a cuddly pup who enjoys being held and has shown a friendly disposition towards all dogs and cats he meets. He's also done wonderfully with young children and is making great progress with house training and leash walking. Tide's mama is a small 16-pound dog, so we expect Tide to remain a small companion as an adult.

Ideal Home

Tide would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of affection and playtime. He has done well with young children and gets along with other dogs and cats.

Ongoing Health

Tide has been neutered, vaccinated for rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. He is microchipped, heartworm negative, and is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Tide is almost house-trained and is learning to walk on a leash. Continued positive reinforcement and gentle guidance will help him master these skills.

Tide is currently in a foster home in Portland, Oregon. He can arrive in Vancouver, Washington on 8/1.
