Cocoa is easy to handle, a breeze on the leash, and has shown a friendly demeanor. She's incredibly smart, sitting politely for treats and even chattering her teeth with excitement when one is offered! She's also quite the fashionista, willing to be dressed up. Cocoa truly is the whole package!
